Nice quality

I have 2 lab puppies that I've been putting cheaper collars on since they're growing so fast. I found myself always having to adjust the last 2 collars they've worn as the slide never held in place and they were always adjusting too big every time they tugged on the leash. They've been wearing these for maybe a month now and I've only had to adjust it because they're growing. I always worried they'd slip out of the collars while on leash but that's no longer a concern. These seem to be made very well - the webbing is thicker and the slide stays put so I no longer have to constantly tighten their collars. The last collars I paid just as much for something very cheaply made.
Pros
- Nice quality for the price. Sturdy leash ring so no concern of separation when pulling on the leash. Seams are on the outside so no added bulk against their necks.
Cons
- The ring is so thick that the split rings for their tags separates and doesn't close up (could be quality of split ring). Definitely a con I'll deal with knowing the ring won't break.

Great Collar

I have been using these collars for years on my English Springer Spaniel, they are strong and hold up great for a year or so. After that it is quite dirty so I replace it. It's good to deal with a company that carries a full line of Hamilton collars and ships quickly.

Very well made and adjustable collar for our pups. I like the fact that if it would ever come unsnapped it would still stay on your dog! Interesting design.

The picture implies a slightly wider band and larger fastener, which I bought because I have had trouble unfastening smaller clasps. The collar delivered was acceptable, as I was able to undo it. It fit my smaller dog well, and appears sturdy.

These collars are very nice! They have nice fittings as well as a good choice of colors. My girls are smaller dogs, but have thick necks. So many collars are too wide once I get them long enough. These collars were under an inch wide, they are easily adjusted and seem comfortable on the dogs. I will buy more of the Hamilton products.

- I find it a little wide, and it has a somewhat strange feature of the ring that should hold the license being not organically attached to the color, but another appendage I also find it a little stiff to snap it open.

Have been using Hamilton collars for over 10 years and would not use any other kind.
Pros
- Many colors to choose from and they offer matching leashes for every color, love the way they fasten with no excess hanging down, strong fabric, wash well and dry quickly.
Cons
- Nothing I don't like about these collars.

This is a very reasonable price and fantastic quality. I bought one of every color to switch out for each month/season. They are adjustable and have a very sturdy/strong clasp. Very happy and always looking for more colors :)
