Because my regular vendor over here on the eastern side of the USA is "temporarily suspended" their entire website, I found myself in desperate need of a substitute (if not permanent) vendor. I did some research and landed on PETGUYS primarily for price. But when they went the EXTRA distance in meeting my packing requests so as not to have the product suffer any damage in shipping they exceeded our expectations.
