Zoo Med Giant Original Banquet is a time release feeding block for freshwater fish. In addition to weekend and vacation feeding, it is very useful as a daily feeder for problem eaters such as plecostomus, algae eaters, redtail sharks, black sharks and gouramis. It is also very beneficial for small fry which do best when constantly feeding. One Giant Original Banquet food block will feed approximately 15-20 average sized aquarium fish for 10-14 days. Do not use in fishbowls or aquariums without adequate filtration and aeration. Giant Original Banquet will not cloud water. Shipping weight: 1/10 lb.

Best deal I've ever got

This product is a life, money and time saver for me and my fish. Each one of them last about a week for my 20 fish I have in my tank. I'll be buying more and make Petguys.com my regular place to buy my fish food.
Pros
- Don't have to worry about forgetting to feed the fish, add too much food or too little. Tank looks more clean.
Cons
- None that I'm aware of.

The Zoo Med Giant Original Banquets keep my 15 year old Pleco very healthy

We have purchased this product for 14 years. The Zoo Med Giant Original Banquets feed my Pleco not just when we go away for a few days but they have become his snack of choice year round. Plecos are big fish that eat a lot and they are finicky eaters; so, we needed to find some food with excellent nutritional value and a taste that our bottom feeder would love. We found it and our 15 year old Pleco is the best testimony that the Zoo Med Giant Original Banquets provide all the proteins, vitamins, and minerals that bottom feeders need every day of their lives.
Pros
- Excellent balance of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Finicky eaters like Plecos become addicted to this product and love to have one always available on the bottom of their aquarium. A very positive point is that it doesn't cloud the aquarium water too much. This is an excellent product!
Cons
- From a long experience using this item, I do not see any negative aspect.
