Zoo Med's Deep Dome Lamp Fixture is designed with an extra long dome which is perfect for use with large or long lamps including Zoo Med’s PowerSun UV lamps and ReptiSun UVB Compact Fluorescent lamps. The highly polished aluminum surface inside the dome greatly increases UVB & UVA output compared to fixtures with a white surface inside the dome. For use with lamps up to 160 watts. includes On/Off switch.

Exactly what I was looking for

The dome lights are perfect for my bird caqes. Originally, I purchased the regular size clip on dome fixture and it was too small- the light bulb hung out the bottom. The elongated dome accommodates the avian bulb. We hung the dome lights right above the birds' cages as directed. So far so good.

it definately works for my anole and to keep his heat right where it needs to be! I definately chose a great product that does it all !
Pros
- I like that it works very quickly for my 20 gallon lizard tank! I also like that it works very quickly!
Cons
- I don't like that it takes a while for my lizards tank to warm up!
