This feather flyer is by far the best! I am a rescuer. And i buy many toys, this flyer is great. It flies and makes a whirling sound when you fly it around in circles quick and fast in the air. Cats go crazy. I've been buying these for years, because when they catch them they attack and chew! The stick do eventually break. You can buy replacement feathers but when the sticks end up too short its over you must buy a new wand.
I wish they would make the wand a little stronger, but whatever, they are so inexpensive i buy them in 4's usually. i have 5 cats, so i usually have 2 going at once! My last comment is don't buy any other flyer. this is the best. its the way they have the 2 feathers placed back to back, and the weight of the little silver key chain thingy that connects them (i don't know what those are called) to the wand. Perfect. Enjoy.

The feathers twist and turn as they fly through the air and they were run very nicely on the carpet which the cats love.
Pros
- The feathered flyer is angled properly for these feathers to literally fly through the air, and they concept is very well done
Cons
- The wands I've gotten cheaper than in the past, and the soft end that protected your hand have been deleted. In general the quality of CAT CLAWS has gone down downhill... Which is a pity because they were my favorite line

The product is made well, however the plastic cover on the end of the feathers it is a bit heavy. Elderly cat does not like to be zonked in the head during play.

Unfortunately, I haven't had too much time to use this item in play with the cats. But the times I have used it, they loved it.

k.d. loves to jump and tear up feathers. the wand is lengthy and flies easily.

- I can't remove the attachment because the clasp is melded together and chain cannot go through the slot.
