My puppy loves it!

This carrier is sturdy and appears to be very comfy-- it has a cushy padded bed and lots of ventilation. My dog really likes it, sometimes she crawls into it at home just to nap or hang out!

Our Yorkie is just 5 pounds and this bag is just perfect to go places, nice fabric and inside lining, lots of airy windows, very good quality overall, easy to carry on, plus has additional straps for car or plane purposes. Very happy with this purchase

Nice product, I especially like the comfort window, you don't find that in most carriers. Another bonus was the removable pad.

The carrier arrived in a timely fashion but the zippers were broken so I returned it. Since my dog was so afraid of it, I did not try to replace it.
It was not very substantially constructed but probably would work for short distances.
I feel used that I had to pay shipping costs on a broken item.

Cat Bergan Comfort Pet Carrier

Once I was able to get the bloody cat in the carrier I had no problems and he really calmed down. My cat was able to look out and be carried in comfort which really made things much easier on me. I would rate it high, and the vet thought it was great too.

We were getting a kitten and wanted this by Thanksgiving. It arrived 2 days after and was damaged. I had difficulty reaching customer service because they usually take messages and I couldn't stay home to take their call. (Unfortunately after we ordered this carrier, which would have worked great for our kitten, the kitten died at the breeder. Instead we opted for 6 months old cat and exchanged it for the larger size)
They were great about the return when I was finally able to speak to them.
