Amazing customer service

First, the Fluval Blue BioFoam Max is a good product, it screens out a lot of "gunk" in my aquarium's water. But the highlight of this order was the quick customer service from PetGuys.com staff. Originally, my order contained the wrong size of this filter. So I called them, provided a photo of the ones that were sent vs what I had ordered, and they immediately sent me out replacements, no arguing, no fuss, no muss... simply responsive customer service. Thank you PetGuys.com!!
