I have two Cockapoos and two 7 yr old cats..They all love this fountain. I bought a much more expensive fountain and it always got slimy , even w daily water changes,and changing the filters . Also would have hairs floating around...This fountain is perfect..I change the filter every two weeks, I change the water daily...no scum , no hair, water is always clear and fresh...very pleased w this product.
