Does the job, fits too!

I have a mini rat terrier with a 10" neck, and got the 14". Her 12" was too small. This 14" fits perfectly! I normally only use Herm Sprenger slip chains, but they don't come this small. This serves the purpose, and looks decent on her. I don't know how it would hold up with strong pulling, but I obedience train my dogs so won't run into that issue. Good "using" collar.
