Lee's Specimen Container/Convalescent Home is a multi-purpose, clear container with a 1” handle that can be hung on the side of the aquarium to be used as a holding tank while catching fish. It can also be hung on the inside of the aquarium to utilize the benefits of the aquarium heater while protecting and treating sick fish. Lee's Specimen Container/Convalescent Home may be used to observe prospective purchases; suspected, sick, or pregnant fish; or as a treatment tank for sick fish so less medication would be required. Size: 5 1/4" L x 3 3/4" W x 5" H.

Not really a lot to say about the item itself....its exactly as expected/described, and just what was needed to increase my ability to sort and pull multiple groups of shrimp at a time.
What really impressed me was the care taken in packing them and the speed with which the order was picked, packed and shipped.

Great for transferring fish from tank to tank. Good for treating individual fish. Good for drip acclimating new fish. Can be used for siphoning of waste from small tanks.

I have been using kitchen products from the dollar store. my daughter convinced me to try something made for aquariums instead and this site had the best price I could find. Certainly makes the job easier. the flat clear acrylic surface allows for better pictures of hard to photograph species.
Pros
- makes transfer of small fish much easier than using buckets. allows for close up inspection and photographs. could serve as a temporary isolation chamber in a pinch.
Cons
- you can get something for the job at much cheaper price, but it wouldn't be as fancy.
