The product is great but the vendor Pet Guys are the best. They even put a caution that orders could take longer than usual and it did take a little longer this shipment but I sent an email and then hours later it was shipped, wow that's some response and it was only because we ran out of wipes and I didn't want to go to a big box store to buy more. I got it soon after and also realized that Pet Guys prices are better than any store I've been to physically or online. Thanks Pet Guys I am a loyal customer
