Bought 3. .Nicely made birds love them. Shipped fast.
Pros
- Quality made shipped fast, good communication.
Cons
- Paid $6.95 shipping but then came with $11.08 postage due. Contacted Petguy and the made correction within hours. Not sure how error occurred but fast to correct it. Good communication.

We have a 15 year old sun conure who is extremely set in her ways and spoiled. She completely wore out a snuggle hut and we were afraid that she would reject her new one. Surprise! She loves it and goes from her old hut, now known as the 'hammock' to her beautiful new one with a problem.
