My dog has had one of these a night for the last 11 years and I believe that is why his teeth are in such great shape. The Vet always comments on how clean his teeth are for a dog his age.

Our dogs love the flavor evidently as they don't put down their half of the everlasting treats until gone. I however can't get them to fit into the gel/plastic wheel for further time consumption. I failed to notice if there was different sizing.
