LOVE IT GREAT BOWL ! But I have a quick question

So this is about the 2 small rubber rings That go around where the bowls sit , when I put them on and then put the bowls in they don’t fit , I have to push the bowls down but they don’t go all the way, am I doing it right ,? These bowls are perfect for my new kitten they are very lightweight and easy to clean , hopefully I can use them when he is older as well but it may be too small WE SHALL SEE !! THANK YOU

The bowls are suppose to sit on top of the smaller rubber rings at the top of the diner. This allows the bowls to stay in place. If you prefer the bowl to sit closer (or more seamlessly) to the diner, feel free to remove the rubber rings. I hope this helps!
