Active Ingredients:

Pyrantel Pamoate	30 mg
Praziquantel	30 mg

Directions for Use: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs weighing 6 to 25 lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.

12.1 to 25 lbs.	2 Tablets

Note: for large dogs weighing more than 25 lbs., use WormX Plus 7 Way De-Wormer for Medium & Large Dogs.

Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food. Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.
